Purpose of the Role: To ensure all yard sales activities are completed promptly and correctly while delivering excellent customer service.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To deal with customers in a friendly, efficient and helpful manner and be the main point of contact for fuel payment
  • Address customer queries/complaints to a friendly and efficient manner, escalating problems as and when required
  • To ensure all yard sales activities are carried out efficiently including price displays, cash handling, and daily yard reconciliation
  • To carry out general administration duties and tasks
  • To complete the necessary Health and Safety procedures
  • To carry out any other additional duties as required ensuring the smooth running of the depot
  • Maintain the general upkeep and appearance of the forecourt – Ensuring pumps are kept clean at all times
  • Operate, at all times, in a customer friendly and supportive way with both customers and staff.

Top Oil has a vacancy for a Foodhall Manager. The position is based in our Top Oil Service Station in Ballyvolane, Co.Cork.

Primary Purpose of the Role:

The Foodhall Manager provides the overall leadership and supervision to all staff of the restaurant to ensure that the restaurant meets and exceeds the targets set for the store.

The Job:

  • Management of all recruitment & selection/training & development requirements for the store
  • Ensure the store is operating safely at all times
  • Ensure all staff are fully trained
  • Build and maintain high sales and profits
  • Investigate and respond directly to customer complaints
  • Operate within the guidelines of the law at all times
  • Meet set targets with regard to food costs, labour costs, customer counts, mystery shopper and pizza audit scores

Experience and Qualifications

  • Customer focused, innovative, motivating and energetic are key attributes required for this hands on role
  • Excellent organisational and team leader skills, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have a positive attitude towards work

Role specifications: 

You are responsible for safe and efficient operations within the Company Owned Company Operated retail stores nationwide.  In addition, you are accountable for achievement of safety objectives, profitability targets, operational KPIs including customer service targets and third-party vendor relationships.   Working closely with the corporate teams to deliver results for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the safe and efficient operations within the Company Owned Company Operated stores (CoCo)
  • Responsible for delivery of in-store sales and margin targets ensuring achievement of the P&L for the business
  • With a Safety-First mindset, you will have responsibility to lead the CoCo business to ensure strict adherence to Company safety and operational policy including current safety programmes weCommit, Hazard Elimination, Accident/Injury management other HSE policies as outlined by the Company
  • Provide comprehensive sales support in all areas; marketing, advertising, point-of-sale (POS) activities, and technology usage which support increased footfall, increased margin
  • Develop policies, standards, models and programs to support the CoCo Network store objectives
  • Responsible for leading the store management team to create a target driven and personal accountability culture
  • Managing and motivating staff is key to reducing turnover, building a successful pipeline of likeminded leaders, ensuring best HR practice is in place with appropriate training
  • Responsibility for managing channel expenses and improving efficiencies in the front end of the business
  • Develop a comprehensive management cadence framework and communications structure with the team 
  • Provide and produce weekly reports and data on all aspects of operations

Deli:
